If you are in a relationship that you think is worth saving, there is a lot of help out there. Relationships are very fickled things, there are some worth saving, and to be totally honest, there some that aren't. Each and every relationship is different and should be handled as such. There should always be an open line of communication to make any relationship work and the ability to listen as well. There is nothing worse than trying to communicate to someone who is not listening. There is a lot of emphasis on the communication but not on the listening, because there is no use of communication if no one is listening. I think there should be specific dialogue to help the process of being able to talk and listen to one another.
When there is conflict in a relationship, neither person is listening to the other and therefore the lines of communicate are not connected and things are said that have been held in over time and that escalates the battle of the wills. Neither person wants to back down and the situation gets so bad that the relationship is over. JUST LIKE THAT!!!!! The need for communication and listening is paramount to the longevity of any relationship.
